Andrea is an alumna of Berklee College of Music where
she majored in Guitar Performance with an emphasis on jazz. She
currently teaches private students, ensembles and Suzuki Early
Childhood Music at Guitar
Arts Studio.
Her students have earned honors including
* CCMTA Local Performace Contest
1st & 2nd place winners
* TMTA State Instrumental Contest
2nd Place winner
* TMTA State Theory Test
Gold, Silver & Bronze Medals
Andrea is a Registered Suzuki Guitar Teacher Trainer and travels
internationally for the Suzuki Association conducting clinics
and workshops for teachers and students. She authors the guitar
column for the American Suzuki Journal. She is the only guitar
instructor in the Southwest to have earned National Certification
through Music Teacher's
National Association.
